Guests are requested to read and understand the Cancellation, Refund, Relocation, Rescheduling and other Policies applicable before making a booking.
Please note, AamerTours has 2 cancellation policies – Flexible Cancellation Policy and Strict Cancellation Policy – to protect the interests of both Guest(s) and Home Owner(s). Please check carefully, which Policy applies to the Home.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from us, guest is entitled to a 24 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- A Guest is entitled to a refund of 100% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 12 Noon).
- A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 12 Noon)
- If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
- Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and there will be no refund.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.
- Refund would be made within 7 working days to the account from which the booking payment made.
- Cancellation for peak dates that is Diwali (21st Oct to 31st Oct, 2022) and Christmas and New year (24th Dec 2022 to 2nd Jan 2023) will not be accepted.
Note: There will be 10% processing fee applied.
Strict Cancellation Policy
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from us, guest is entitled to a 24 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- After this 24 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- Cancellation for peak dates that is Diwali (21st Oct to 31st Oct, 2022) and Christmas and New year (24th Dec 2021 to 2nd Jan 2022) will not be accepted.
Note: read cancellation policy carefully before booking. No dispute will be entertained in case of strict cancellation policy(applies only on the properties who are following this type of strict cancellation policy).
AamerTours Policy in case of Uncontrollable Situations
- e.g. riots, pandemic, change in Central or State Govt. policy the booking can be rescheduled to any date within 1 year of booking date, no cancellation charges will be applied.
- Must inform us at least 72 hours before the check-in.
- Rescheduling will be subject to the availability of rooms and stays.
- Can be rescheduled once, 2nd time fee @20% will be charged of basic tariff.
- Rescheduling can be done anywhere in India for our listed properties but for the Basic fair amount of previous booking.
In exceptional circumstances we will consider a refund of this booking fee. This is completely at the discretion of AamerTours.com. To cancel a booking, send an email to [email protected]
In the event the host cancels your booking, we will refund your booking fee paid online. Please note that due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and other possible banking charges, the we/company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded.
Some hosts avail of our Deposit Payment option. If you book with these hosts, you must pay 25% of the booking price and the 10% booking fee to confirm the booking. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the 25% deposit payment is made to the host in 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. For a refund of this deposit payment, cancellation must be made at least 7 full days prior to arrival. However, as per the terms and conditions you agree to on booking, the booking fee that you paid is non-refundable.
‘Covid’ Cancellation Policy
In case the primary guest or any other registered members in the group test positive for COVID, AamerTours shall do the following:
- The request for any changes to the booking under COVID policy will be accepted only if all the group members are registered under the booking ID and they submit the positive RTPCR report.
- If the report is submitted more than 7 days prior to the check-in AamerTours will initiate a travel credit for the booking amount. This can be used within 6 Months for future travel on AamerTours website.
- If the report is submitted 72 hrs prior to check-in the guest can reschedule their stay on any non peak weekday (Long weekends, Public holidays, Diwali, Christmas – New year period etc are not allowed) within the next 3 months. If the tariff for the new dates is higher the guests will have to bear the difference in tariff.
- No cancellation/ reschedule/ travel credit requests will be accepted even under Covid policy within 72 hours of check-in.
- In case of a booking being cancelled because of a Lockdown imposed by local authorities or travel restrictions being introduced, Guests have a choice of a reschedule on any non peak days within the next 6 months, or 100% in the Form of Travel credits (validity of 6 months from date of issuance).
Please Note:
- For this policy to be applicable, Guests need to provide a recent Covid19 positive certificate for any of the registered Guests.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, guest is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- This special Covid19 Policy does not apply to properties that have the “Strict” cancellation Policy.
Terms & Conditions
- In case of any refunds that AamerTours owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 7 working days. A cancellation fee of 10% shall be levied for listing charges & refunds processed by AamerTours. This fee is charged to cover listing charges, payment gateway charges and processing charges.
- GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
- If the guest Checks-In and decides to leave early i.e. shorten stay, any refund of the accommodation fee and cleaning fee will be decided and settled as considered appropriate by AamerTours & Property mutually.
Cancellation by AamerTours:
AamerTours will provide one of the following options.
- AamerTours reserves the right to cancel a booking
- Book an alternative comparable available property(HomeStay/Resort/Camp)
- AamerTours shall offer Travel Credit (validity of 6 months from date of issuance) of the full amount paid + 10% value of the existing booking that may be redeemed while booking a new home.
- A full refund for the total amount paid. The refund shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Reschedule Policy:
AamerTours allows rescheduling only up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 12 Noon).
AamerTours charges a 20% rescheduling Charge + Taxes for any bookings that may have to be rescheduled.
If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is being rescheduled to, is higher than the tariffs of the original booking, the difference is payable to AamerTours (along with applicable GST), along with the rescheduling charges.
The new booking can only be made on the same Home during any non-peak weekdays, check-In applicable up to 2 months from the original Date of Check-In.
Note that Rescheduling charge is applicable, for every time the booking is rescheduled.
Relocation Policy:
Relocation to another HomeStay/Resort/Camp is not permitted, once a booking is confirmed.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:
Our standard Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out time is 11 AM.
We’d be happy to offer you a complimentary early Check-In by 11 AM, provided there’s no booking at the villa for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the Check-In, in case you wish to avail an earlier check-in (earliest possible is 9:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night.
We’d be happy to offer a complimentary late check-out by 12:00 noon if there’s no booking at the villa on the day of your check-out. However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your check-out date as we do accept instant online and last-minute bookings as well.
In case you wish to avail a further extended check-out (post 11:00 AM), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 3 PM, and 40% up to 6 PM. Full night charges apply thereafter.
It is at the discretion of AamerTours, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out to guests.
Refund in Case of Change in LOS/Adults :
If there are any change in LOS(Length of Stay) or Number of Adults with extra bed included, in this case extra night or extra bed charges collected by us can be refunded if intimated to AamerTours at-least 2 days i.e. 48 Hours prior to Check-In. As applicable with all refunds a 10% processing fee shall be charged for listing & processing charges. Please note that No refund will be done if informed within 2 days prior Check-In or after Check-In.
About Refunds Processing
In case of any refunds that AamerTours owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days.
A nominal cancellation fee of 10% shall be levied for processing refunds by AamerTours. This is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.
